Very disappointed with the denture process. We were told there are five steps, with each appointment scheduled at least a month apart My grandma is still only at step 2, with several more appointments remaining. At this rate, the entire process could take nearly six months. Imagine having no teeth and being told you have to wait months just to eat properly. For an elderly patient, that timeline is simply unacceptable. We canceled. Please choose a provider that respects your time and understands the basic needs of its elderly patients.

I had to have all of my teeth pulled and forced to get dentures because I only have Medicaid. I just wish I had more options π. Otherwise the people are nice and they do fine work.

I had to verify my appointment. My appointment by the 30th and was not able to right away because I work long days. They called me on the 29th (the day I had planned on verifying via email) to verify my appointment. The lady was very rude to my other half and seemed to disapprove of my other half. She told my other half that if I don't approve within the hour she was canceling my appointment. Even though I had until the 30th to verify. I have a fear with dentist and none of this helped. I will go else where.

I love coming here to see Deijah. She is very sweet and does the most thorough cleanings. They are able to take care of most of the concerns Iβve had and typically easy to get someone on the phone here during business hours.

Dr. Zona is the best thing that has ever happened to myself and my family! He has not only successfully restored my smile but I referred my daughter and husband and he restored their smile to a healthy place as well! Also the staff! This staff is so amazing! I am in the process of trying my best to think of a way to congratulate them for such great service and the ability to put a smile on my face even though 0q
